Dear Friends Who Can Give Really Good Hugs,
Sometimes things happen back at home that make a person super sad (and pissed). Nothing that will blow up the world, but it certainly less good is happening every day and that good has been being chipped away for a while. And because I am abroad there is nothing I can do but even if I was in Chicago I would be powerless.
Let us all try to do more good then bad today, and let us value good work over petty egos,
